Bella Little

It was only a little over 13 years ago you came into our lives as a little stray pup. You had been hanging around our church for weeks. I would feed you and tend on the wounds on her legs. You were always so patient and allowed me to do whatever. Then one day you came home with me.

We have heard the saying, “the devils in the church house”…well we thought we had brought him home in the form of a little brown dog!! You was definitely into everything…a demanding, strong willed, free spirit, honey badger kind of a girl. You loved going on car rides, snacking on popcorn with Dad, lounging in the sunshine, your nightly piece of bread at bedtime, your house coat and blanket on cold nights and hanging out with us.

I remember the night I discovered you was a Christian pup, if there is such. I came home and found you feeding on the word..literally..she was eating my devotional Bible!! So that blessed my heart.

You always did as you pleased, the few obedience classes we took together proved this to me. .You definitely kept us busy! You fiercely loved your people, and it did not matter how much time had passed, just with them speaking your name you would get so excited whining, ears flat to your head and that whip of a tail going 90 mph!! Bella you just could not contain the joy and love you had for them.

My sweet Bella you were a good girl, and fought a good fight. You will be missed, we loved you as much as you loved to us! I hope you can feel our love even as you take your last breath
